Probationary Period

Your 6 month probation period is important to you and us. Your line manager will provide regular feedback, hold progress reviews, and support your development. The People & Development team is also available for guidance.

Statutory Contributions

K3 Capital Group provides access to a world-class healthcare plan. The cost of your cover is fully paid by K3 Capital Group, however, if you wish to add dependants, this will be at your own expense.
