We believe in providing career development opportunities at all stages and continuously develop our existing and aspiring managers. Our dedicated K3 Learning Academy is here to support your career aspirations. We provide continuous training and resources to help you excel in your chosen path.
Wellbeing
We take wellbeing seriously and have fully qualified Mental Health First Aiders across our Group. While we hold two wellbeing weeks each year, we offer ongoing support throughout the year. We approach health and wellbeing holistically, covering environmental, physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Our two wellbeing weeks focus on all elements of wellbeing, including:
Physical Wellbeing: Diet, physical activities to raise money for charity, nutrition, and sleep advice.
Financial Wellbeing: Benefits support and the importance of pensions.
Emotional Wellbeing: Mental Health First Aiders, confidential and anonymous support through our external Employee Assistance Programme, the People Team, and resources available to team members and managers to support good mental health.
Wellbeing Passports: We provide wellbeing and reasonable adjustment passports to support our team members and give their managers vital information.
Inclusion & Diversity
Our IDEA Allies group is at the forefront of our Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Awareness mission (IDEA!).
The team highlights our inclusion and diversity celebration events and raises awareness across the Group, building a truly inclusive culture by organising special events, staff training and talks from independent speakers.
We are always looking for like-minded people to join the IDEA Allies in presenting sparkling ideas on how we can all grow further together.
