Our headquarters is in Bolton but we have offices in many major UK cities including London, Manchester and Leeds.

It begins in October 2026 and runs as a structured 18-month programme through to March 2028.

The application process lasts until December 2025. Assessment centres are scheduled for January and February 2026.

Successful candidates will be given a business-specific placement which incorporates appropriate training, and mentorship support from both managers and peers. You will benefit from working with real clients, networking across other K3 divisions and professional development opportunities.
