What is the K3 Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to launch your career in professional services while working towards a recognised professional qualification.

Depending on your business area, you’ll follow a tailored pathway, whether that’s ACA, ACCA, APC, or other professional routes. Programme durations range from 18 months to 3 years, aligned with the requirements of your chosen qualification.

Whatever your path, you’ll receive full exam sponsorship, study leave, and on-the-job experience to help you succeed.

  • K3 is a fast-growing multi-disciplinary professional services group, advising SMEs and private clients, with 30 locations around the UK and some operations overseas. It comprises five service divisions: Business Sales, Tax, Restructuring, Technology Solutions, Financial Services

  • Our headquarters is in Bolton but we have offices in many major UK cities including London, Manchester and Leeds.

  • It begins in October 2026 and runs as a structured 18-month programme through to March 2028.

  • The application process lasts until December 2025. Assessment centres are scheduled for January and February 2026.

  • Successful candidates will be given a business-specific placement which incorporates appropriate training, and mentorship support from both managers and peers. You will benefit from working with real clients, networking across other K3 divisions and professional development opportunities.

  • The aim of the programme is to build a pipeline of talented professionals who will establish long-term careers with the group. A successful pathway is designed to lead towards an associate-level role, with a clear progression to a permanent role following the end-of-programme evaluation.
