Sage Intacct Product Specialist
Pinnacle, part of K3 Capital Group, have an opportunity for a Sage Intacct Product Specialist to join our dynamic Product Solutions team.
As part of Pinnacle’s Product Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts and ultimately contributing to the growth and profitability of Pinnacle. The Sage Intacct Product Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales process by providing deep product knowledge, delivering high quality demonstrations and acting as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing customers.
Working closely with Sales and Account Management teams, this role ensures that customers fully understand the capabilities of Sage Intacct and associated products and how it can meet their operational, financial, and strategic needs.
Key responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to understand customer needs and align pre-sales efforts with overall business strategies.
Engage with potential customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.
Solution Development
Work closely with the authors and Pinnacle’s professional service teams to design and demonstrate solutions that meet customer requirement.
Craft and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services.
Proposal Creation
Working with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to oversee the creation of detailed and persuasive proposals that outline the proposed solutions, benefits, and implementation strategies.
Ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and business goals, addressing potential objections or concerns.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in negotiation and closing processes by providing product based technical expertise, addressing product inquiries, and removing obstacles.
Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to professional services.
Market and Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide insights that enhance our competitive advantage.
Required Skills and Experience
ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct and its business impact.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key sectors such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Construction.
Due to the nature of this role, it will require travel to customer sites as needed, which may require overnight stays. It will require attendance at in-person team meetings and industry events.
