Sage 200 Product Specialist
Pinnacle, the technology solutions division of K3 Capital Group, is seeking a Sage 200 Product Specialist to join our dynamic Product Solutions team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and contributing to Pinnacle’s growth and profitability. As a Sage 200 Product Specialist, you will provide expert product knowledge, deliver compelling demonstrations and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective & existing customers.
Working closely with our Sales and Customer Account Management teams, you will ensure customers fully understand how Sage 200 and related solutions can meet their operational, financial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to understand customer needs and align pre-sales strategies.
Engage with prospects to gather requirements, identify pain points and clearly demonstrate how our solutions address their challenges.
Partner with authors and Pinnacle’s Professional Services team to design and showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.
Deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that highlight product value and capabilities.
Work with New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to produce detailed, persuasive proposals.
Ensure proposals align with client objectives and effectively address potential concerns.
Assist sales teams in negotiations and closing by providing technical expertise and product guidance. Support seamless handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales teams for successful implementation.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings to strengthen Pinnacle’s competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
ERP Expertise - Deep knowledge of Sage 200 and including an understanding of their business impact and positioning.
Sicon Product Suite - Familiarity with Sicon Manufacturing, Barcoding and Warehousing, Projects and Approvals is highly desirable; knowledge of other ISV solutions is beneficial.
Industry Knowledge - Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance or Construction.
Communication & Presentation Skills - Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Attendance at in-person team meetings and events.
Full-time position with a blend of office-based and remote work.
