We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to become part of the core management team for our Insolvency division. The Opportunity
Over the next 12 months, we want to focus on evolving and embedding a high performance culture, strong values and effective reward and recognition programmes underpinned by excellent engagement and leadership.
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of it.
You’ll support leaders and employees with confidence and care, ensuring everything we do is compliant, commercially aligned, and people-centred. From shaping people plans, to data insight and leading engagement initiatives — you’ll make it happen.
Core HR Advisory & Delivery
Provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Act as the trusted first point of contact for people-related matters within the division.
Offer pragmatic, commercially focused advice on policy, process and employee relations.
Use people data and MI to identify trends, risks and opportunities — especially during change.
Collaboration
Work with business leaders and the wider HR team to shape and drive a high performing, collaborative culture.
Ensure full compliance with employment law.
Maintain accurate data and reporting.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across the People Team and leadership.
Support wider People initiatives and programmes across the business such as embedding a new HR system, driving our performance management and recognition programmes, supporting our diversity and wellbeing programmes and talent development initiatives.
Engagement & Communication
Partner with the Group People Director and CPO to deliver engaging, clear and aligned communications.
Work closely with leaders and Marketing to ensure messaging lands effectively.
What we’re looking for:
You’re not just operational — you’re adaptable, commercially aware, and confident navigating change.
Ideally CIPD qualified or have significant HR experience.
Proven HR generalist experience, including employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Experience supporting organisational change, restructuring or transformation.
Comfortable balancing coordination and strategic activity.
Confident handling sensitive conversations with empathy and authority.
Collaborative, curious and solutions-focused.
Experience in a professional services or fee-earning environment is highly desirable.
