About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Deal Operations team as a Research Analyst initially on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting Business Sales and M&A deal processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Research within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

So, what will you be doing?
Undertaking research into potential buyers
Identifying contacts within businesses with the aim to obtain non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s).
Liaising with clients to identify potential purchasers within their sector.
Liaising with Buyers to understand what kind of businesses they are looking to acquire and match them with our clients.
About you:
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively in a deadline-orientated environment.
Outstanding organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve.
Salary & Benefits:
Excellent starting salary £26,000.
Fully Remote / Home Working.
