About the role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Deal Operations team as an Onboarding Administrator initially on a 12 months fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting Business Sales and M&A deal processes in a fast-paced working environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Compliance and Clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
Collection and verification of client documentation.
Maintain accurate client records within our CRM database and excel spreadsheets.
Provide clear and concise communication to clients throughout their Onboarding journey.
Provide support to the Ops Support team within the Admin department as and when required.
Assist with the uploading of our clients’ adverts to third party marketing portals and update with new information as and when accordingly.

Able to work under pressure and hit deadlines.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
