Selection Process
Initial Selection for Interview
One of our recruitment team members will review your application, comparing your skills and experience with the job requirements. If you meet the role criteria, we’ll arrange a brief, informal phone chat before deciding on interviews.
The Interview
Interviews may be conducted online (usually via Microsoft Teams) or in person at one of our offices. We strive to make these as relaxed and informal as possible.
You might be asked to complete a task or test related to the role, but don’t worry—we’ll inform you beforehand. No surprises!
After the Interview
After the interview, our hiring managers take time to carefully consider all candidates. This process can take a few days, so don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately.
A second-stage interview might be scheduled to clarify certain points or introduce you to other team members. Once interviews are complete, we’ll inform you of our decision—whether we’re making you an offer or if you weren’t successful this time.
